I've recently finished my Masters at Edinburgh Uni, and I'm looking for a quiet, tidy (and hopefully friendly) place to move in as soon as possible! I like to keep the flat clean, so I'm looking to live with people who are on board with this.
I'm friendly, but relatively busy with work (especially for the next couple of months). In my spare time, I mainly do indoors climbing and salsa; I do enjoy a movie night once in a while!

Looking for places ideally around Marchmont/ Newington/ Bruntsfield, but I'm quite flexible! My budget is around 700. I'd want to find a long-term place, but I'm open to 3+ months lets.
I'm trying to avoid flats with smoking allowed and party flats (sorry!).
