Looking for a modern, clean flat suitable for work

Hi, my name is Chala! I’m urgently looking for a modern flat to call home, ideally from the 1st of September, although I’m flexible and could move earlier if needed as long as I can give my current place two months’ notice.

I’m 23 years old and work full-time near Liverpool Street Station, following a hybrid schedule where I’m in the office two days a week and work from home the rest of the time, so having a comfortable space to work is important to me.

I’m clean, respectful, and easy to get along with, and I really value a calm and tidy home environment. I’m looking for a modern place where I can have my own bathroom, either private or ensuite, as I’m not looking to share a bathroom, and I’d like to live with people who are clean and considerate, especially when it comes to shared spaces like the kitchen, and who don’t play loud music or create a disruptive living environment.

I’d preferably like to live with female flatmates, but I’m also open to sharing with anyone who is tidy, hygienic, responsible, and easygoing.
