Looking for a buddy to share the two bedroom house

Hi there!
I’ve recently landed a new job in Newry, Northern Ireland, and I’m planning to move by the end of this month. I’m currently in the process of finding a house or flat – and I’m looking for a housemate/flatmate to share it with.
I haven’t secured the property yet, but once I have someone confirmed to share with, I’ll be looking for a 2-bedroom minimum house or flat with a shared kitchen and living area.

A friendly, respectful, and welcoming guy
I enjoy cooking (especially Indian food), so the kitchen will be actively used!
No preferences for flatmates – just someone clean, easygoing, and responsible.
