Hello, I’m a music composer looking for a peaceful rural location within easy reach of Bath to place a small shepherd’s hut. I’d be using it as both a creative studio and a place to live.
The hut is fully self-contained, but I’ll need access to mains electricity and basic facilities (toilet and shower). Ideally, I’m looking for a longer-term arrangement in a quiet corner of land, preferably a more secluded or unused area.
I can offer £700 per month in rent. I’m discreet, respectful of the land and neighbours, and flexible with arrangements.
