Quiet, tidy young professional on structured gap y

I’m Charles, 18, taking a structured gap year before starting at UCL in 2026. I grew up in Highgate and am looking for a calm, well-kept place in North/Northwest London (Hampstead, Highgate, Belsize Park, Camden, Primrose Hill ideally).

I’m independent and tidy, I cook most of my own meals, meal prep regularly, and keep shared spaces clean. I don’t host parties or bring friends back; I usually meet people outside. I’m currently focused on golf (taking lessons at Highgate Golf Club), fitness, and preparing for university, so I keep to a routine and value a quiet environment.

I’ve lived with pets all my life (two cats since 2014) so I’m comfortable in a pet-friendly household. I’m also sociable in the right setting, respectful of others’ privacy, and easy to get along with.

What I’m looking for:
• A double room (studio or flatshare) ideally with good natural light.
• Budget: up to £1,200pcm (including bills).
• Prefer somewhere with a kitchen I can use properly, and ideally a private or semi-private bathroom.
• Flatmates who value a calm, respectful environment.
