Flat or double room with garden access

Hi, I’m Christina, originally from Germany but I’ve been living in the UK for over 10 years. I’m currently based in South Croydon with my calico cat who’d be moving in with me. She's a really sweet and well behaved little girl :)
I'm currently between jobs but have ample savings to bridge the gap.
I'm ideally looking for a one bedroom flat with direct garden access (ideal but not a deal breaker if not). Or a large double with on suite/ private bathroom (flexible on that if everything else fits) in a 2 person household, including myself, ideally withy direct garden access. I'm respectful, reliable, friendly & tidy and enjoy the occasional chat over dinner or a glass of wine. While I do like socialising, I value my own space and time and am not looking for a party household. Please no smokers!
