Your next new friendly, tidy, considerate flatmate

My name is Jodie and am looking for a new room to move into! My partner and I have separated and I am looking to move into a flat ASAP, ideally before the 15th of this month!

A little bit about me:

(I hope you’ll appreciate that this post does not include self photos because choosing a flatmate (pick me) is about finding a flatmate with a similar lifestyle and mindset)

I have lived in London for almost 2 years and am in the property developer industry. I am the ideal tenant for you because:
-👩🏻‍🍳 I make a mean meal; a Cantonese meal, a Japanese soba meal, a mean banana bread, you name it 🍜🍳
- I have been told that I am quite funny and goofy
- I’m so clean. I will clean our shared spaces so we can feel cozied up in our flat.
- I love making a weekend brekkie for everyone in the flat. I was a chef at a cafe for a few months
- I work most days including weekends but have days off every now and then; when I get home, I like to wind down, cook a meal, clean and tidy a bit and head to bed
- I am a gym go-er - a weightlifting gal, allergic to cardio, happy to accompany you so that we can a high protein meal together in the park, after
- I come with 3 potted plants, ceramic vases and some artsy lamps, 1 framed art
- I play RuneScape in my room and I’d like to set up a little fish tank in my room eventually
- I do like to sleep in whenever I can
- I would love to be able to hang out with my flatmates over dinner/movie at home/glass of wine/board games or even a trip to the museum or the gym
- I am generally quite quiet at home unless we like the same music genres. If that’s the case, let’s have a jam sesh… or go to night tales together
