Place to live close to Brighton centre

Hello :) I am looking to move to Brighton end of September and need a room to rent ir happy to buddy up too. I have a well trained indoor pet and I will be working at a restaurant as well as studying part time. At time I can be more active and equally like to chill and socialise. Looking to live somewhere clean and where we tidy up after ourselves and socialise sometimes as well as respecting spaces.
