I think the best homes have a great balance of social fun and personal space, and that's exactly the kind of home I want to create with the right buddy!

Property must be within easy commuting distance of a Metro station or Newcastle City Centre — areas like Jesmond, Heaton, Sandyford, Manors, Byker, Central Station (anywhere near NE1 or NE2 ) or anywhere well connected work great!

Budget: £400–£600/month each (happy to discuss whether bills are included or not)
