Room Wanted for Tidy Tenant

I'm a mature and responsible postgrad student looking for a room or ideally a studio for a minimum of ten months. I am extremely clean and tidy and I believe in taking good care of where I live. I mainly keep to myself, though I am friendly and outgoing and happy to chat or grab a pint with flatmates. I work hard and I am career-oriented and independent. When not studying, I dog walk for fitness and fun. I look forward to demonstrating how I am a perfect fit to be your new flatmate or tenant.
