Looking for a nourishing environment to be part of and contribute to. For me that looks like people who know how to ground themselves and communicate, I personally enjoy a morning meditation practice and also teach it.
I enjoy moving my body outdoors a lot - currently this looks like running, and mixing that up with delicious plant based food and quiet evenings. I'm just beginning to explore creating more art, so would welcome flat mates who also create and express in whatever format.
In addition plants, sunshine and dancing are always good groves.
I welcome pets, LGBQT+, the wonderful neurodiverse, the spiritual.
