Room wanted

Hi I'm looking for a nice room in a shared house or with a homeowner for the next 6 months while I am studying a music production course in Manchester.
I am 36 and am clean and conscious housemate. I have lived in manchester for a while and I have been mainly based in South manchester but I am open to other areas. I have a small, very well behaved dog named Noah. He is lovely and good natured dog. Totally house trained and very quiet.
My interest is in music and I like to use my free time to create music but I am very respectful of other people.
I also like to cook and share meals occasionally with my housemate. I am sociable but also enjoy a peaceful environment and like to read and watch movies in the evening. I am very happy to share in cleaning duties and don't mind doing a little extra to make things easier for other people. A garden would be a plus because I enjoy doing some gardening and have some skills in DIY and decorating so this could be a plus if anything needs doing around the house. I really love nature and hiking at the weekends.
