Couple looking for flat/shared house to rent.

Hi there,

My girlfriend and I have recently moved to Exeter and are looking for a room or flat to rent together.

A bit about us:
I'm a full-time personal trainer and have just signed with the Exeter Chiefs. My girlfriend is also signed with the Chiefs and is currently in her final year of university. As you can imagine she’s not your typical student , her days are packed with professional training, matches, and studying.

We’re a quiet, clean, and respectful couple who are often out during the day for work and rugby. Ideally, we’re looking for a double room or a 1-bed flat in or around Exeter. Parking and good transport links would be a bonus, but we’re flexible for the right place.

We’re also open to the buddy-up option if anyone is looking for flatmates, though we’re happy to take the space on our own if needed.
