Description
Hi I'm Emily
Could you help me find a cosy peaceful place to call home?
Flexible on move-in dates can be any time from now. I'm open-minded about living set-ups and locations in the city.
I'm interested in shorter lets from 2-6 months as well as longer-term options.
Budget £600-700 per month including bills.
Originally from East Anglia, I moved around the South of England a lot in my 20s. I've lived in Bristol for 9 years and it feels like home, I have family and a lovely network of friends here.
I like quiet, calm spaces where I can cook (largely veggie, I don't cook meat at home, occasionally I eat fish), read, and have friends and partners over occasionally. I love to be in sociable houses (not party-houses) with a communal vibe where it's normal and common (although not compulsory/always the case) to share meals/crafting time/the occasional evening in front of the TV.
37 and a half years old.
Queer and non-monogamous.
I work part-time for the NHS as a locum GP, sometimes in out-of-hours settings so my work pattern can be irregular.
Bit of a hippy, at weekends you might find me in a field communing with the flowers, floating in a lake, or helping out at a tantra festival. I love to be barefoot and forage for berries. I enjoy travelling particularly van adventures, immersing myself in psychology, nature and sci-fi books, listening to all sorts of music, crocheting and making collage art. I'm also a loving auntie to my 2 little nephews.
I'm allergic to short-haired cats. Otherwise generally happy with pets in the house.
Non-smoking preferred (or at least smoke being kept away from the house).
Furnished or non-furnished is ok.
I have a bike which I'd love to be able to store off the street, and I would ideally like to be able to park my van nearby as I'm planning to do some work on it over the winter.
I would prefer to live in houses where no-one is working from home full-time, as I really value my downtime between busy work shifts. Could be flexible on this depending on housing layout/work schedules.
If you think I could be a good fit please get in touch!
