Looking for a Flatmate to Find a City Centre

Hi! I’m looking for a female flatmate to find a two-bedroom apartment together in Birmingham city centre, with a move-in date around October.

I’m hoping to find somewhere modern, bright, and spacious, ideally with:

* Two bedrooms and two bathrooms (or at least two toilets)
* Plenty of natural light
* A good-sized kitchen
* A central location with easy access to transport, shops, and restaurants
* Concierge, gym etc

A little about me: I’m friendly, clean and respectful of personal space. I enjoy going to the gym, cooking, creating fitness and lifestyle content, and spending time with friends. I like keeping shared spaces clean and tidy and appreciate a calm home environment where we can both relax.

I’d love to live with someone who is considerate, communicates well, pays bills on time, and is happy to share a friendly home rather than just a place to sleep. It’s absolutely fine if we have our own lives too!
