Looking for short term which can potentially ext

Hi, I am Lechu, a kiwi-Indian. I am looking for a short term accommodation for a start. One month for a start, which I can extend if needed. I am a female, and an engineering professional. I m looking for jobs actively and want to relocate to where I get my job. Will continue my stay if my job is in London. Need accommodation with females or family environment. Looking for an ensuite room. I don’t smoke, so want a non smoking household. No pets too and a household to suit that. Closer to a train station is preferred. Want a furnished and clean space in a safe locality.
