Looking for a Room – Professional Male, 34

Hi, I’m Alex, 34, working in tech, and looking for a well-kept home to share with one other person.

A bit about me:
- I work from the office 4-5 days a week, so I’m out during the day.
- I enjoy playing sports (tag rugby, football, BJJ, cycling, kite surfing, scuba, snowboarding, etc)
- I ride a motorbike and cycle, so ideally somewhere with a bit of space for those.
- I enjoy cooking and am happy to share the occasional meal if that’s your vibe.
- Non-smoker, no pets (though I’m a big dog fan!).

I’m looking for a tidy, comfortable place where we can both feel at home - ideally with someone similar in lifestyle (professional, easy-going, respectful).
