Double Room Wanted To Rent SW / SE

Hello~

I’m Samantha and I’m looking for a room in a flat share from ideally early November.

About me:
I’m a very clean, tidy, respectful, young professional (is 33 still young?). I’m in the office 4–5 days a week, so I am out the flat a lot, so you’ll get plenty of peace and quiet.

Outside of work, I’m quite active and I run, cycle and play tennis. Socially, I love going out for dinner and finding a nice wine bar with my friends - I am excited that it’s Sunday Roast season again now we’re in Autumn! I’m not really a clubbling gal, and I’d quite like to live with someone who feels the same, and not in a party house.

The place:
I’m looking for a peaceful, cosy and friendly space 😊. I would like a double room, which I am open to it being furnished or unfurnished.
