I’m a quiet, clean and respectful housemate - love a chat in common spaces but I also appreciate time to myself. I will avoid practising at home if I can help it (I like keeping my music work and home separate when I can!)
I can provide references from previous housemates (lived with them for all 4 years of uni!) I start work on the 29th so I’m looking to move in just before then.
My budget (bills and council tax included) is about £1,000. I don’t want to live with smokers, or in an all male flat, thanks! 💖
