Quiet, active professional seeking single room

Hi there! I'm Yohen, a 27 year old professional. I've just finished my postgrad at LSE and I'm now working full time as a barista as I take a break before I start a PhD next year. I'm moving out of my student housing and I'm after a single room for at least a year, with a move in date of 5 September 2026.

I work around 40 hours a week, and I keep active outside of that, at the gym, out for a run and a swim. I'm quiet, responsible and mindful of other people's space, so I'd fit easily into a calm, friendly household.

My budget is around £800pcm including bills, though I'm glad to stretch a little for somewhere that feels right. I'd genuinely enjoy living with people of any age or gender, and would especially welcome an LGBT friendly household.
