Student looking for a room for this year

Hi, I'm a third year law undergrad at the University of Edinburgh. I'm looking for a flat share in the Newington/Marchmont area but anywhere close to central campus would also be great!

I lived in a flat share last year in Newington and got on really well with my old flatmates. Whilst I'd prefer a flat of all students, I'm happy to pay my share of council tax if needed.

Location is more important to me than space as I like to work on campus when I can, and I fence at the university fencing club 3 times a week. Getting to know my flatmates and hanging out was honestly the best part of last year for me, so I can’t wait to give it another try this year.

I’m happy to move in any time in September from the 8th at the earliest and would be looking for a tenancy of at least 8 months through the academic year. I also have references from my past tenancies available
