Family looking for new home

We are a family of 4 looking for a new home. We are a couple in our 30s with a 15 year old daughter and 9 year old son. We have lived in our current rental property for over 6 years but unfortunately need to leave due to the landlord selling. We are considerate tenants and have kept the property in excellent condition, making improvements to the house with our own time and money (and permission of course!). We always pay our rent on time and have never had any issues with our landlord, who is happy to provide a reference. As a family, we are keen to find somewhere we can settle and call home, so would take good care of the next place we move to! Both of us work in education and therefore hold enhanced DBS certificates and can provide professional references. We hoping to find a 2 or 3 bedroom property that we would rent exclusively without the need for another housemate. Thanks for considering us!
