I used to be a live-in landlord and currently manage 10 rental units, but currently selling off majority of assets and needing a place closer to London.
I am looking for a quiet, tidy unfurnished double room with en-suite but happy to adjust.
I want to save on rent hence the ad, and lock in for the next 6 months. I am F30 work full-time in an office and would mainly be sleeping or working on a current side project. Single, no pets, non smoker, rarely drink but when i dooooo.
