Description

Hey! I am looking for a room in wearhouse!

I have quite some experience in sharing a flat, since I lived in a flat with 6 other people and a cat for over two years and due to moving in a bunch of other constellations. While this was a lovely and somewhat challenging experience sometimes with lots of parties I now look for a calmer home. I am hoping to be part of a community, chatting in the kitchen, going out together and enjoying summer in London are central aspects of feeling at home for me.
I am open, fun, energetic and want to be a friend to whoever is close to me. But beware if you are a conservative person I might not be your cup of tea. I like living free, sharing, traveling and breaking norms.

My tolerance is generally really high but I believe that cleaning schedules are necessary for everyone’s peace. Also I don’t mind home parties from time to time but I definitely mind if every Sunday at 1pm there is an afterparty still going on. I will mind if there is dirt all over the place after wards and I do mind if people are very regularly noisy. (Especially when I want to sleep) So either the room is located in a part of the flat that is not noise sensitive, the walls are proper or the people are chill.

Non negotiable for me: Sufficent daylight in my room and space for a desk, I can not live in a microscopic room. No mold, I react quite sensitive to it. No old and whacky furniture that I have to keep. I am happy with a furnished room but I am not happy with a crappy bed that I have to keep. I have a boyfriend who will visit form time to time and stay a few days since we are in a long term relationship.

I am veggie so if you want a meat free home I am happy to participate! Also would love to be part of a LGBTQ+ friendly flat;

Good location is also key I study at LSE so anything with less than a 35 minutes commute is ideal but If the place and people are lovely 45 mins is absolute max for me.

I am not fully against living with a family since this would almost guarantee calm and clean home but I value my independence and privacy. If me going out and coming home late is an issue, if my bf is an issue, if you expect me to do more than clean after myself and regular agreed upon routines like bathroom once every 2-3 weeks, I will not be a good fit.

Pls if your flat is not fitting these criteria do not text me I get millions of messages and I will not reply if it’s a dark shady room somewhere in nowhere. And yes I know with my budget this seems like a lot to ask for, but I know people who have found those gems and I know I am a cool roomie worth the gem room.
