Hello and thank you for checking out my advert, I am a 43 year old professional who works as a self employed Trade Plater so I basically work from home which can include early starts and late finishes.

I am looking for a Double Room preferred, I only have enough for 1st months rent not a deposit. I would take an en-suite if one became available, I do require a driveway due to my job so no flats unless they have a parking space.

Moving date would be October 11th
