Friendly guy looking for a room this January!

Hi, I’m Lucien.

I’m a friendly, clean, and tidy housemate who enjoys cooking, painting, and trips to the cinema. I’d love to find a relaxed and welcoming home where we can share good vibes and the occasional meal.

Unfortunately my current landlord just booted my and 3 others out unexpectedly so his son could move in after I’d only just moved (!) in so I’m looking for a place in late December/ early Jan (move out date 10.01)

I recently graduated from my masters in film and philosophy at King’s and now, following a year in private client fine wine sales, I sell films and TV shows to international broadcasters and streaming sites.

I love cats but am unfortunately a bit allergic to them so no cat home please.

I am happy to set up cleaning rotas to ensure a pleasant living environment, and to chip in if we want to decorate the common spaces. I’m not noisy either

I’m looking to live in North (Holloway, Highbury, Islington…), North-East/West (Hackney, Kentish, Tufnell…), or East (Dalston, Bethnal, Shoreditch…), but open to other areas if they look nice just want to avoid places which are too out of the way (South-East for example).
