Looking for an en suite room with a female profe

Hi, I’m a 25 year old architect relocating to London from Leeds for a new job and I’m looking for an en-suite or private bathroom with bills included for up to £1,250 pcm. I’ll need to move in on or before 28th September.

Preferred areas are Hackney, Dalston, Bow, Bethnal Green, Stratford, Canning Town, Wapping, Hammersmith and Fulham, Shepherd’s Bush, and Southwark, but I’m open to anywhere with good tube, DLR or bus links to the city.

I’ll be working 9 to 5 in the office. I’m originally from Dubai and have lived in the UK for eight years. I’m very clean, organised and quite a quiet person at home, and I’m looking for friendly flatmates to get along with rather than just a room. Happy to share with females any age between 20-40s.
