Sound couple (32 & 27)

We’re Oli and Ellen. We're tidy, friendly, chilled.
Oli works from home for Natwest. Ellen’s prepping an anthropology PhD (Northern Ireland focus).
We cook, gym, read, and keep shared spaces spotless. Non-smokers, no cats (allergies).

What we’re after:
- A large double in a 2 bed house-share or a self-contained 2 bed.
- Looking for something in early Jan
- Modern/well-ventilated home. We’re careful about damp/mould. Wooden floors are a big plus
- Furnished, with a decent kitchen (we cook proper dinners)
- Respectful housemates who like a chat but enjoy a quiet home

- Clean as we go, shoes off, recycle, the lot
- Sociable, love getting to know people
