Mature postgrad art student looking for room

Hi, I'm Richard,

I'm a postgraduate student at Glasgow School of Art. Am fairly new to Glasgow. I am aged 59 and will soon get a free bus pass but firmly believe that age is just a number and way less important that the friends we make and the things we hold dear.

I am looking to rent a double room, ideally with room for a desk well located for my study and with nice dependable broadband. As regards location, central would be perfect but good flatmates and surroundings are more important to me and can easily make do with a bit of travel into college.

I am appreciative of the need to be respectful of other’s space and time and I value politeness and tidiness. More than happy to do my share of household chores.

I would like a flatmate/s who is/are considerate and appreciates peace and quiet but at the same time is someone who enjoys the odd night out or in, having nice meal and a few drinks and who enjoys sharing opinions and interests.

I don't mind on sex, age or sexual preference but maybe other postgrad students would be a good match.
