25, graduate moving to London, flatshare wanted!

I’m Sean, 25, originally from the North West. I recently finished my Master’s in Architecture and returned from a short spell living/studying in Canada last year. I’ve just started a graduate role in London and I am looking for a flat around Islington or nearby from late September or early October. I’m looking to join a flat share or move into a studio or a double room, ideally around £1000 per month, but I’m flexible if somewhere feels right. I’d like housemates between 23 and 28 who are friendly and easy-going.

I work in the office Monday to Friday, and outside of work I’m sociable but also enjoy downtime. On weekends you’ll usually find me out for drinks with friends, but I’m just as happy relaxing at home. I’ve shared flats in the UK and abroad, so I know how to be a considerate flatmate. I’d like to think I’m chill, tidy, and respectful, keeping a good balance between socialising and giving people their space. I also enjoy live music and catching gigs occasionally when there’s something good on.
