2 grad students seeking buddy up!

We’re Megha and Claire, both 26, from the U. S., who have been living in Washington DC for the past few years. We will both be doing master’s at UCL/LSE. We’re social and active – love a night out, hosting our friends for game/craft nights, as well as a quiet night in. We both bike and swim – Megha loves a puzzle and I’m planning on joining a few run clubs. We hope this flat can be more than just a place to crash: we want to build community and are seeking others who want the same. We’re tidy and expect to share cleaning/other house responsibilities evenly. Looking primarily for students for council tax purposes but open to professionals who can cover council tax.
