Tidy professional looking for a buddy/ flatshare

Hi, I’m Eesha.

I’m 32 and work in Pharma Strategy. I’ve just completed my MBA from Cambridge and have been living in London for the past few months.

I’m looking to move out of my current place as my flatmate has just bought his own flat, and it feels like a good moment for a change. Ideally, I’m after an en-suite double room in a clean, comfortable home where I can feel at home.

Location-wise, I’m primarily looking at Shoreditch, Spitalfields, Borough, London Bridge, E&C, Kensington & Chelsea, Canary Wharf, and Westminster and would prefer something close to the tube. I can move in between 1–15 March and would be looking for around a 12-month stay.

I’m tidy, friendly, and respectful of personal space. While I enjoy hanging out at home now and then, (TV binges, a drink after work, and the occasional cocktail/wine & cheese night), I’m also very happy doing my own thing.

I try to lead a healthy-ish lifestyle so I go to the gym and cook at home often but I also enjoy a solid takeaway. Weekends are usually spent exploring art galleries, cafés, and bars, or heading to a play or gig.

Happy to share ID, references, and proof of work. I also have a UK-based guarantor, so finances are all secure.
