Looking for a Room – Sociable, Tidy, Easy-going

Hey! I’m Joe, 25, and on the hunt for a new place to call home. I’m tidy, easy to live with, and sociable – though I’m not out clubbing every weekend. I don’t smoke and don’t have pets, but I love animals so I’d be more than happy living with them. Outside of work I’m usually out running, playing board games, or scribbling away at some writing. I’d love to live somewhere with flatmates who enjoy hanging out in the evenings, maybe a few games or a film, and the odd house party here and there – but I’m also very respectful of people’s downtime.

Work life:
I’m a Managing Consultant at a sustainability consultancy in the City. I work a four-day week with a nice hybrid setup – usually two days in the office and two at home. I’m an early riser (around 5:30–6:00), even on weekends, but don’t worry, I’m not clattering around the kitchen waking people up – it’s usually just me getting a run in or sorting life admin before the day starts.

What I’m looking for:

Budget £1,000–£1,200 - ideally a double, with room for a desk if possible

Location flexible – just needs good connections into the City and to south London (Putney, Richmond etc.)

Furnished preferred, but unfurnished works too

Happy with a shared bathroom

Ideally a 3-person household max

House vibes:
I like a clean and respectful space – I’m tidy, but not obsessive about it. No smoking indoors please. I’m up for sociable evenings and the occasional gathering, but not keen on regular late-night parties unless everyone’s on board.
