I am looking for a room ideally in the lancin...

I am looking for a room ideally in the lancing or Sompting area but can go as far back to Southwick. I am a clean and respectful person, while happy to help out with anything that needs doing around the house. My interests include football, reading, walking and keeping fit. I work at Shoreham port and would usually do 12 hour shifts 3 or four days per week. I have two young children who live in Sompting who I see at the weekends.
