Looking for a new home in SE7

Hi, I am Carrie and I am having to move out of my amazing flat because my landlord is selling. I have been in charlton SE7 of many years and want to stay in the area. I am looking to share with one other (ideally) somewhere local that offers safety and security, lots of light and space..
I have a varied work style (hope to change once found my new home because you can't change it all at once).
I am very clean and tidy, very respectful of peoples time and space, sociable but also enjoys my own company. I do all of my socialising out of the house. I enjoy the gym, walking, nature and a good murder documentary on netflix.
