Two Female Professionals Seeking Two Double Rooms

Hi there!

We’re Alice and Matilda, two female professionals and long-time friends (best mates for nearly 20 years, flatmates for many of those too!). We’re looking for a house/flat share in North or East London with two double rooms. Ideally, we’d love fairly spacious rooms in a friendly, respectful household where everyone takes pride in keeping things clean and comfortable.

We’re both easy-going and sociable, but also value our downtime and a calm home environment. We’ve moved past the late-night party days, though we still enjoy the odd glass of wine, dinner party, or film night.

A bit about us..

Alice – I’m an Art teacher in East London, so my weekdays are busy and I never work from home. Evenings are usually quiet as I’m up early, but I do enjoy cooking and would love a good kitchen to make use of. I’m into running and exercise, and weekends are usually a mix of seeing friends, keeping active, and relaxing with food and wine.

Matilda – I’m a freelance stylist and have lived in London for over 10 years. My work takes me all over the city, with a mix of working on-site, from home, and in shared workspaces. Outside of work, I enjoy theatre, cinema, and catching up with friends. Like Alice, I’m past the partying stage and appreciate a home that reflects that.

What we’re looking for..

We’d love to share with like-minded professionals who are friendly, considerate, and respect each other’s space. A household where people enjoy the occasional drink, chat, or shared meal, but also understand the importance of quiet time, would suit us perfectly.
