New job - New City - New housemates

Hello,

I have recently secured a job in Manchester and looking to move into the Chorlton/Withington/Didsbury area. On top of the new job I am moving from Nottingham as my girlfriend works in Manchester too.

A bit about me:
- Into sport - recently completed my first Ironman and looking for housemates to do casual exercise with Running/football/padel?
- big cook - I have my own pasta maker that I like to bring out for house meals
- Social but not crazy - love a pub trip/quiz but in bed by 10:15 on a work day 😂
- Love hiking - regularly take the car to the peaks for walks and a pub lunch which it would be nice to share the experience with new housemates.

What I am looking for:
- Double bedroom room
- Somewhere with road parking
- Housemates of a similar age and social (24 -34)
- All in the cost needs to be below 800 (bills inc)
- Some storage for my bike and golf clubs
- Ideally some garden or near a green space

Ideally I am looking for a contract to start in mid November but happy to bring that forward for the right group of people, house and location. Currently found 1 buddy looking for 1-2 more to fill a house 😊.
