Flat Wanted in Edinburgh

I’m a 30-year-old Chilean geographer and a graduate of the University of Edinburgh, where I completed my master’s degree. I currently work full time, combining a remote role based in Chile with a part-time position at the University of Edinburgh.

I’m looking for a place to live for 1–2 years, ideally near the Meadows or within a 20-minute walk of the city centre and UoE’s main campus.

I’d be happy to live with friendly, respectful flatmates who value cleanliness and shared responsibility. I’m considerate of noise and privacy, but I also enjoy friendly conversations and the occasional shared meal. There are just two practical things to note: I work from home at least half of the time, so a suitable setup for that would be important, and I have a bike, so access to secure bike storage would be ideal.

As a flatmate, I’m tidy, reliable, and responsible, and I can provide a landlord reference if needed.

Outside of work, I enjoy cycling around Edinburgh to discover new places and I play tennis regularly. I also enjoy relaxed evenings with good conversation, whether that’s over a board game or a TV series.
