Hello,
My name is Nimet, I’m a chef and working full-time in London. Since I spend most of my day at work, I won’t be at home very often. I’m looking for a long-term room in a clean and friendly house.
My budget is around £700–£800 per month (bills included). My preference is Zone 1 or Zone 2, but I’m also open to Zone 3 if the price is good. I don’t mind sharing the bathroom, especially if the house is shared with women only.
I’m a tidy, responsible and reliable tenant with a stable income, so rent payments will never be a problem.
