Calm, Easy-going professional chocolatier

Hello! I’m Nova…
I’m looking for a room in Hove, ideally as close as possible to Palmeira square, where I work full time as a traditional chocolatier.
I work pretty early mornings, sometimes earlier in our busier seasons, so I’ll be sneaking out quietly before most people are up.
I don’t stay out late clubbing, so you won’t need to worry about me waking you up at 4am! At home I’m a baker - I write recipes and make my own coffee syrups so those will never be in short supply, and sometimes there may even be some home chocolatier-ing, if that sweetens the deal...
On top of this I’ll often have my sewing machine out, so if any clothes need altering you can just throw them on the to-do pile!
I like a lived-in but clean, organised space, and often prefer to spend time by myself, but would love to have good connections with any roommates so we can just as happily mooch together!
I’m not particularly fussy with my preferences, location is my main focus, since I’m moving to get closer to work to avoid the horrors of commuting, and so that I can walk more everyday.
I have no pets, but don’t mind living with animals. I’m pescatarian but rarely eat fish since it’s so expensive! I’m mostly dairy free, but I have no problem being in the kitchen with meat and dairy.
