London Room Finding - Early Feb Move-in

I'm a recent graduate , moving to London on 1st February to start my career in customer success/operations. I'm currently in final-stage interviews with several companies and am fully self-funded during this transition.

I'm a clean, quiet, and reliable professional with international experience across hospitality and tech. My current landlord can provide excellent references confirming I'm low-maintenance and respectful of shared spaces.

What I'm looking for:

Room type: Double or large single room with a desk (must have as I am currently WFH - freelancer)

Location: Zones 1-3

Transport: Max 15 minutes walk to tube/station

Amenities: Walking distance to supermarkets/shops (max 20 mins)

Household: Prefer female-only or young professionals in a mixed household

Contract: 4-6 months initially, with potential to extend longer if it's a good fit for both parties

Move-in date: 1st February

Budget: Around £900 pcm (bills included preferred)

Payment:

Happy to pay monthly, or can offer 2-3 months upfront for the right place as I'm self-funded with savings.

Ideal home:

Looking for a friendly, respectful household where people are sociable but also respect quiet time. I'm tidy, considerate, and looking for a stable home base as I start this new chapter in London.
