Professional seeking room in clean flat / Buddy Up

I’m a town planner who’s recently moved from Melbourne, Australia.

I'm looking for a room (single or double) in a clean and friendly flat, budget up to £1,000 pcm - or let's Buddy Up and start our own flat.

Ideally what I'm looking for would be:
- not a huge party flat (I don't mind the occasional get-together/dinner party though)
- no cats/dogs
- no smoking inside
- friendly people - it would be great if we could become friends :)
- hopefully a place that's not too shabby

A bit more about me:
- I'm clean and tidy, e. g. I'll clean up the kitchen/bathroom after I use it, I won't leave pots and pans unwashed or surfaces messy, I like to vacuum once a week, I won't leave cups etc. strewn around the house
- I'm easygoing - if we need to chat about anything in the flat, let's chat
- I'm respectful of everyone's things, time, and requests, e. g. won't be playing loud music at 2am
- Happy to socialise, but also have our own time. My interests include cinema, going on walks, reading, board games, Balkan music, salad, maps, naps, Survivor, trying new restaurants, and going to the beach

The areas I'm focusing on - but I'm flexible:
- Haggerston/London Fields/Broadway Market/Hackney/Lower Clapton
- Bethnal Green/Mile End
- Stoke Newington
- West Hampstead
- Balham, Tooting Bec, Clapham South, Streatham, Brixton
or anything else with a similar cool vibe and good transport links

My typical week would see me working a mix of WFH and in the office, and in my spare time I'm trying to explore as much as I can of London / UK / Europe.
