32 Year professional, Double Room/1bedroom wanted

Hi there!

I'm a 32-year-old IT professional who recently relocated from Sweden, and I’m now looking for a new place to call home in London.

A bit about me:

I work on a flexible hybrid contract, so I’ll be splitting my time between the office and working from home. I like to keep things clean and tidy, and I’m respectful of shared spaces.

Personality wise, I’d say I’m somewhere between an introvert and extrovert. I enjoy socialising and getting to know housemates, but I also value quiet time and personal space.

Outside of work, I’m into fitness, travelling, and exploring the city. I already have an established social life here, but I’m always open to meeting new people and making new connections.

What I'm looking for:
- A double room in a shared flat (with max 2 others), or a 1-bedroom/Studio
- Ideally within 45 minutes of Liverpool Street Station
- Clean, comfortable and relaxed environment
- Professional or mature student housemates preferred
- Max budget 1500 pcm
- Move-in: ASAP
- Open to Short term letting (1-2 months) initially
