Looking in Manchester for flat/room in sharehouse

Hello all! I’m Timothy, 33 y/o cis gay guy looking for a room in Manchester. I’ve recently relocated from Australia, and so hoping to find somewhere within the month or in early October. I work in Marketing and am currently looking for a role here in Manchester, but doing some bartending in the meantime.

I’m hoping for either a room in a sharehouse, flat, or even a sublet to buy me some time. Happy to buddy up as well with somebody also looking. I’m flexible on location, as long as I’m close to public transport and not too far away from the CBD. I'd also prefer to live with folks around my age (I’m thirty-three, so late twenties and up). Budget is up to 600-650.

A bit about me:
- I like to keep a tidy space. I’m neat, and I clean up after myself.
- I’m vegan! Would be great to live with other veggos, but it’s not a requirement.
- I try and go swimming around five times a week. Proximity to a pool would be a huge plus.
- Huge film buff! Love all kinds of cinema, we’ll be fast friends if that’s something we have in common.
- I do value my private space and time to myself, especially after work to unwind. But I’m social too, always down for a pint and happy being part of a more social home.
