Looking for 1 Bed Flat or Double Ensuite Room – £1,500 Budget

Hi, I’m 26, male, and currently working as an Interim Head Chef at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Marylebone.

I’m looking for either:
• A 1 bedroom flat, or
• A double ensuite room in a shared house/flat

📍 Preferred location: Within 30 minutes’ commute to Marylebone (flexible on exact area as long as transport links are good)
💷 Budget: Up to £1,500 per month
📅 Move-in date: 15th September (very soon!)

About me:
• Professional, reliable, and respectful tenant
• Used to long hours at work, so I value a quiet, clean home
• Sociable, but also happy to keep to myself
• Non-smoker, no pets
