Nov 1 - American in Finance Relocating

Hi!

I’m Jason, a 25 year-old American relocating to London for a new role in real estate finance/investment banking. I'm a graduate of Cornell University, where I studied hospitality.

I’m an easygoing and creative person who's enjoyed living with roommates in the past. Outside of work, i've been a singer/played instruments my whole life and want to continue finding creative outlets. I also enjoy unwinding with a coffee, exploring vintage shops, going to concerts, and having a good chat about pretty much anything.

While I expect my job to be demanding Mon-Fri, I will be around more during the weekends to rest and recharge, explore London/Europe more broadly, or have a night out.

I’m looking for a place that feels like home, not just somewhere to sleep. Ideally I’d love to live with flatmates who are friendly and social, and who enjoy hanging out every now and then, whether that’s cooking together, grabbing a drink, or just chatting in the kitchen.

My budget is around £1500 per month, though I’m flexible depending on location and what’s included.
