Professional Female seeking Buddy Up/Double Room

Hey, I'm Jo! I’m a 31 year old Scottish female living and working in London. Currently living in Aldgate, I’m looking to move South/SW for a new job near Clapham Junction. (My current lease is up 15th Oct)

Currently looking for a place in Battersea/Clapham/Brixton/Peckham – but basically anywhere with good transport links to Clapham Junction would work, as well as links into the city and elsewhere. Preferably looking for a new build/modern interior if we can.

Bit about me: I’m a Graphic Designer working with food and drink brands. I'm at Director level and in the office most days (and always TW&T)
My friends would probably describe me as chilled, easy going, up for a laugh – I love eating out, going to the pub, going for drinks, going to gigs.
I'm pretty healthy (and a veggie). I love working out and running. I'm a big F45 fan. I love to cook – I’m a real foodie, food is my love language. I also really enjoy board games a bit of netflix.
I have a great group of friends down here, and love meeting new people – the more the merrier!
I’m super clean and tidy – a shoes off at the door kind of person. I currently live alone and have a few nice items of furniture I can bring, as well as some plants. I used to own a property so am well versed in keeping a place in good nick.
I generally go into the office, and WFH max 2 days a week if any.

What I’m looking for: I would love to live with someone likeminded, easy going, someone who is house proud and both respectful of space but down for a trip to the pub together. I’m a people person – always down to meet new people and hope a real friendship could form.

Space wise, hoping for a spacious 2+ bed (ideally 2 bathrooms). Pref would be newer/modern space – a nice kitchen is a must! If there's space for my Peloton bike then that's a bonus, and you are welcome to use it. Happy getting on Rightmove and on the phone with estate agents, and going to viewings etc. (For context, I’m looking to make the change from living alone due to the cost – thanks a lot London..!).
