Looking for a flatmate - 2 bed flat

I’m looking for someone to move into a 2 bed flat ASAP. I don’t have a strict preference on who, just as long as you’ve got a good vibe, are respectful, and keep the place tidy.

Looking for a flat that is cosy, well-kept, and in a great spot. You’ll have your own double bedroom and we’ll share the kitchen, living space, and bathroom. I’d love to live with someone easy-going who’s happy to chill but also respects each other’s space.

My preferred building to move into is Cortland at Coliers Yard (M3) as seen in the photos - already done a viewing by myself and it’s such an amazing place to live!

I am a 29 year old working professional, I work in health insurance and i work 2 days in the office, 3 days from home so hybrid. I’ve got quite a few hobbies, I’m very much into fitness, love socialising and attending events, playing football, Padel and table tennis. I’m into gaming as well so a gamer can be a plus! I’d also like to say I’m a very laid back chill guy and very respectful. Would love to live with someone who I can potentially be good friends with in the future.
