Looking for a flat/house share in/near Manchester

Hi! I’m Ryan, 33 from Greater Manchester looking for somewhere with good transport links to the city centre. My current situation is that I moved back home a couple years ago to save for a house deposit and whilst that’s going pretty well I’m feeling like I might delay that for a couple years, so I’m free to move whenever.

A bit about me, I’m really easy going, clean and tidy. I’m pretty sociable but not a party animal, I work in the live events industry so during the summer I’ll be away quite a bit. My interests are; sports, running, hiking, finding new foodie spots and reading.

My ideal house/flatmate would be someone who is pretty chilled - it’d be great if we had a couple things in common but I don’t need constant interaction, I’ll happily respect your boundaries.
