Young professional looking for double room

Hi! My name's Josiah, I recently finished studying history at Oxford uni, and I'm now about to start a consultancy job in Blackfriars.

I'd love to join a house of other young, sociable professionals who maybe also share an interest or two.

About me:
- Clean, tidy, and respectful
- About to start working for an architecture consultancy firm
- Very keen to make the most of what London has to offer, especially cultural activities like concerts and exhibitions
- Also hoping to join a local rowing club, as well as maybe trying out other sports

Looking for:
- Double room
- Up to ~1k/month (bills included)
- Preferably a house rather than a flat
- Move in ideally before 22nd September, although can do later
